Resources

This page is for resources of all sorts - news sources, online tools, guides for using software, or anything else your fellow students (or teacher!) might find useful.  Here are a couple to start with; post your own in the comments.

This library guide was made by your librarian.  The "special topics" tab on the right has a variety of links and books that you can find in the RTC library.

On a more general note, I use this page (bigwords.com) to do automatic price comparisons on my textbooks.  It searches a wide variety of bookseller to find you the best prices for new and used titles.  This page (better world books) is one of those bigwords searches, and it always has free shipping.  More importantly, its profits go to literacy projects.

  1. All of this talk of bailouts, stimulus, Keynesian economics, the IMF, and so on can be confusing. Here is the BBC's guide to business lingo; it defines in shorthand what each term means: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-15060411
